How Much Salt Can Water Really Hold?
Ever stirred a few spoons of salt into a glass of water and wondered how much it can actually dissolve? The simple answer is that about five spoons of salt can dissolve in a standard glass of water—though the exact amount depends on the temperature and volume of the water.
