Calcium Carbonate (CaCO₃) is a naturally occurring basic salt that forms limestone, marble, and chalk, while also serving as a popular antacid supplement. In nature, it often exists alongside Calcium Bicarbonate (Ca(HCO₃)₂) in hard water solutions, and Magnesium Carbonate (MgCO₃), widely used by athletes to dry sweat and improve grip strength.
Sodium Acetate (NaOOCCH3) is frequently found in hand warmers and food seasoning, owing to its unique thermal and flavor properties.
