The Hidden Energy Behind Evaporation
Have you ever watched a puddle slowly vanish on a warm sunny day or noticed how a freshly wiped kitchen counter dries up in minutes? This everyday magic is all about energy. Deep beneath the surface of any liquid, molecules are in constant motion, bumping and sliding past each other.
