LIST OF ARBITRATORS

No later than five days before the date of a hearing, each Party to the dispute shall deliver to the arbitration panel a list of the names of individuals who will make oral arguments or presentations at the hearing on behalf of that Party and of other representatives or advisers attending the hearing.

Any third party may also participate in the hearing(s) of the arbitration panel and they shall be invited in writing by the arbitration panel to present their opinions during such hearing(s).

DUTIES OF ARBITRATORS

Each Party to the dispute may deliver a supplementary written submission concerning any matter that arose during the hearing within 10 days of the date of the hearing.
