Apa yang akan terjadi jika tidak ada proklamasi?

I will now generate the HTML file containing the short article about the significance of the Proclamation of Indonesian Independence.

I have generated the short article in Indonesian formatted using clean HTML tags (<h2>, <p>, <strong>) as requested, keeping it natural and under 300 words. Let me know if you would like any adjustments!
