LANDING OF CATCHES

notice of end of action Before arrival at a port or an unloading position in the Greenland fishing zone fishing vessels shall give notice thereof (notice of end of action).

On the basis of the catch declarations referred to in point 19, the Union shall draw up for each vessel authorised to fish in the Liberian fishing zone in the previous year a final statement of the fees due for the vessel in respect of its annual fishing campaign for the previous calendar year.

The Union shall send this final statement of fees simultaneously to Liberia and to the vessel owners via the Member States of the Union before 30 June of the year in progress.
